Session Dates: June 26 – August 1 (No ArtWorks on July 4 or 5).
Time Commitment: Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 3:30pm.
Application Deadline: March 8 by 5pm. All applications received after this time will be considered for the Fall and Spring sessions as specified on the application.
Interviews: All Applicants MUST interview in order to be considered for the program.
Interviews will be held March 12th, 14th and 15th from 3-5pm at Center for Arts-Inspired Learning (10917 Magnolia Drive, Cleveland, OH 44106)
Mandatory Orientation: All Apprentices must attend an orientation and registration for ArtWorks. Orientation will take place at Tri-C Metropolitan Campus on May 7th, May 28th, OR June 4th from 5-7pm.
ArtWorks Live! Public Showcase: July 31 from 6-8pm at Tri-C Metropolitan Campus.

SUMMER ARTWORKS DETAILS
Location: Tri-C Metro Campus, Cleveland Public Library Downtown Branch, and Center for Arts-Inspired Learning.
Transportation: Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the program.
Apprentice Positions: Spaces for this opportunity are limited. Only 40 apprentice positions are available, so students who are interested in applying are strongly encouraged to make sure all parts of their application are complete and received on time.
- Any high school student in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade may apply to be an ArtWorks Apprentice
- No prior arts experience is necessary, but applicants should have a strong interest in the arts and a willingness to learn new skills in a multicultural setting.
- Students must submit an application and be interviewed to be considered for the program.
Site Coordinator Applications
Any college junior or senior, or recent graduates may apply to be an ArtWorks Summer site coordinator. The site coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an ArtWorks Summer site. This position requires strong professional communication and event management skills. Applicants must submit a cover letter and resume to be considered for the position.
An interview and professional references are required for finalists. A background check must be completed and approved prior to employment.
