All staff and artists checking out items through Center for Arts Inspired Learning are required to follow the equipment and supply policies. Any lost, damaged, or stolen items should be immediately reported to the CAL Office. Failure to do so will result in loss of equipment use privileges. Multiple items can be placed on the same request form; only one request form per program is needed.
