2019-2020 Sponsorship Opportunities

Every year, we look to our community - people and companies who know the importance that arts play in a complete education - to help us achieve our mission.

We depend upon generous philanthropic support in order to serve students and families who lack the resources to otherwise access programs because we believe that every kid deserves an education that includes the arts.

How your Sponsorship supports CAL Programs

$10,000 Level provides the culminating one week camp for 20 middle schoolers in our new Level Up program. Level Up is an immersive experience using interactive media, game design principles, and active play to teach students empathy, civics, and conflict resolution, resulting in a powerful understanding of how to take charge of their world.

$5,000 Level provides a one week summer camp at the Inspiration Center to 20 kids from Glenville and Hough as part of our University Circle Community Connection (UC3). CAL’s camps provide learners an opportunity to participate in interactive art-making and performance-based activities with CAL teaching artists focused on teamwork, community, and creativity.

$2,500 Level provides our new CAL Sprouts programming to two Pre-K sites in the city of Cleveland. Working closely with preschool educators, CAL Sprouts has been created to connect learning through the arts to kindergarten readiness skills with a series of lessons and assessments that target the Ohio Department of Education’s Pre-K assessment outcomes.

$1,000 Level provides the stipend to a high school apprentice participating in ArtWorks summer session. The goal of the ArtWorks, CAL’s signature creative youth development program, is to empower students with critical employability and soft skills in order to be college and career ready upon graduation from high school.

$600 Level provides the stipend for a teen apprentice participating in the afterschool session of ArtWorks. Also offered during the school year, ArtWorks serves all students, regardless of artistic interest or ability, by striking a balance between arts instruction and exploring what it means to be a professional artist by teaching universal skills valuable in all career fields.

Sponsor Levels

Sponsor Reception + ArtWorks Live!

Join the celebration and witness the impact of our programs, made possible through your support!

Your support of the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning will be recognized at our Sponsor Reception and ArtWorks Live! celebration.

Event guests will have an opportunity to meet ArtWorks Alumni, and parents of our current ArtWorks apprentices to hear firsthand about the impact of our program.

We will also honor and celebrate our partners who have been instrumental in the success of our program over the past fifteen years.

ArtWorks Live! will take place immediately following the reception. During this public showcase, students present their work through live exhibitions and performances. Many of our teens have never performed or spoken in a public venue and we’re proud to prepare them for this achievement.
