We all know that physical activity is important for kids’ (and adults’) bodies, but recent research has demonstrated that short bursts of activity throughout the day can improve focus and attention, as well as boost the heart. This workshop shares easy-to-follow movement and dance games that can be incorporated into the daily routine of the general education classroom.
