A School Of Origami Fish: Individuality And Community
In this mixed media origami workshop, participants will learn and practice simple paper folding skills to create a school of fish. Origami artist James Peake will guide a lesson that combines art, fractions, and social-emotional learning to demonstrate how each person’s unique characteristics add to a rich community. The program will result in a display of colorful, individualistic fish.
Participants will be introduced to simple origami folds.
Participants will consider what it means to be part of a community.
